The meeting opens at 10:10 a.m.
1. The minutes of the October 29th, 2024 meeting were approved.
2. Ongoing process in seeking companies to quote for the well.
3.The management sent a letter to Pattaya City Hall requesting a speed bump on Thappraya Rd in front of TTB and asking for a solution to the noise problem caused by the bar across the street.
4. The committee has unanimously approved arranging the 3rd of second-hand sale on January 12th, 2025
5. Approved ordering new parking stickers for 2025.
6. The committee has approved the event "the Christmas Party" on Saturday 21st, January 2024, and has further approved 40,000 baht (forty Thousand Baht only)
7. The committee approved 4,494 Baht (Four thousand four hundred ninety-four Baht only) for testing the water quality for the EIA report.
8. Approved renewing the elevator maintenance service with Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for the period of 1st January to 31st December 2025.
9. The committee approved 32,998 Baht (Thirty-two thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight Baht only) for the Preventive and Maintenance of our generator.
10. The security supervisor presented the monthly report and the committee approved his report.
11. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report and the committee approved it. The financial details are posted in the reception area, and on the bulletin board in our lobby.
12. The management presented the monthly performance report.
- Repair sand wash around the shower box at the pool.
- Change the multiport valve of sand filter no. 1.
- Repair and clean housekeeping washing machine
- Arrange Second-Hand Sale Project.
- Cleaned the office’s air conditioner.
- Cleaned the walkway around the pool.
- Annual Preventive Maintenance of electric transformer.
- Change the high-voltage electric cable
- Trim the trees that were touching the high-voltage electric cable
There was no further business, so the chairman closed the meeting at 12.35 p.m.
The next meeting is on Friday 27th November 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
