View Talay 2A Condominium 

View Talay 2A, constructed in 2002, is now one of the most desirable condominium buildings in Jomtien.  Thanks to a fine management company and to enthusiastic, talented co-owner volunteers, the building has been thoroughly modernized with three new state-of-the-art elevators, revamped fire safety system, brand new roof, future-proof digital security camera system, refurbished water tank system, recent exterior painting and water-proofing, updated card key system, modernized computer accounting/bookkeeping/billing systems, handicapped access and many other health, safety and convenience updates.

Our building has wonderful views of the sea and is very conveniently located in the heart of Jomtien right on the baht bus route and just 550 meters from the beach.  There is a TTB Bank just steps from the building and many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops, currency exchanges and bars within walking distance.  There is also a Tops Daily and the wonderful Foodmart supermarket nearby.  For the convenience of foreigners, Chonburi Immigration is also nearby.

The building is extremely well managed by QPM, one of the top management companies in Thailand.  They have three on-site employees in a modern office on the ground floor, serving residents seven days a week.  There is also a very active, talented elected management committee with a hands-on approach, overseeing all aspects of the building.  The committee is well aware that one of their major goals is to maintain the value of our building through regular maintenance and upgrades.
