The meeting opens at 10:10 a.m.
1. The minutes of the October 1st, 2024 meeting were approved.
2. Ongoing process in seeking companies to quote for the well.
3. The management will send a letter to Pattaya City Hall requesting a speed bump on Thappraya Rd in front of TTB.
4. The committee has unanimously approved repainting the restaurant roof and the roof to the pool by our building technician.
5. The abandoned car was approved to be removed from the building’s area.
6. The management will send the posts to invite the co-owner and resident to join the second-hand sale project that will be held on Sunday 10th November 2024, by putting the announcement in front of the elevator on each floor, putting it under the door of each unit, in co-owner line application group, VT2B and putting the announce at the main road of the building entrance. And will be charging the electricity cost from the food truck 300 baht each they can use electricity from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
7. STC Technician Service Co., Ltd. to carry out preventive maintenance on our transformer.
8. The committee was approved to hold the Annual General Meeting on Saturday 4th, January 2025, and the 2nd session on January 18th, 2025 at 1.00 p.m. and has further approve 50,000 baht (Fifty Thousand Baht only)
9. Approved to submit the complaint letter to Pattaya City Hall about the loud noise from Point Bar.
10. The committee has agreed to improve access to bicycle parking.
11. The security supervisor presented the monthly report and the committee approved his report.
12. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report and the committee approved it. The financial details are posted in the reception area, and on the bulletin board in our lobby.
13. The management presented the monthly performance report.
- Installed a “Stop” sign at the exit of our car park.
- Installed water pump to suck groundwater under the building.
- Cleaned the rear car park.
- Trim the bush at the main entrance.
- Replace the spotlight in the pool area.
- Refilled fire extinguisher chemical.
- Fixed the traffic barrier for the front exit.
- Cleaned and regrout the tiles on the restaurant roof
There was no further business, so the chairman closed the meeting at 12.35 p.m.
The next meeting is on Friday 29th November 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
