The meeting opens at 10:05 a.m.
1. The minutes of the August 27th 2024 meeting were approved.
2. Ongoing process in seeking companies to quote for the well and make an appointment with Khun Prasert for more information.
3. The management continue to follow up the City Hall concerning a crossing being painted across on the Thappraya Rd in front of TTB.
4. The committee has unanimously approved the refurbishment of our service elevator.
5. The repaint of the restaurant’s roof was approved. The management will send the quotation to the committee line group.
6. Nam Fah Sia Co., Ltd. will start the renovation of our swimming pool in May 2025.
7. The ‘ STOP SIGN’ was approved to be installed on the back of the entrance sign in front of the guard hut.
8. The purchasing of a new water pump for pumping the wastewater under the building was approved.
9. Approved to purchase of new shears for our gardener.
10. The security supervisor presented the monthly report and the committee approved his report.
11. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report and the committee approved it. The financial details are posted in the reception area, and on the bulletin board in our lobby.
12. The management presented the monthly performance report.
- Repaired where necessary our pool restaurant roof
- Arranged the annual fire drill of 2024
- Change the electric cable for the key card system at the front door.
- Building inspection of 2024
- Fixed the restaurant roof.
- Ordered a new sofa and chair cover in the lobby.
- Installed the camera in our elevators.
13. Our management together with security will advise all residents who use our wheelchair that it must be returned to our lobby immediately after use.
14. Approved repainting the traffic arrow around the building and Motorcycle parking lanes for the parking lot behind the building.
There was no further business, so the chairman closed the meeting at 12.35 p.m.
The next meeting is on Tuesday 29th October 2024 at 10.00 a.m.
