The meeting opens at 10:05  a.m.

 

1. The minutes of the July 30th, 2024 meeting were approved.

                                                                                                                                                                                         

2. Ongoing process in seeking companies to quote for the well.

 

3. Management will continue to follow up on its application submitted to City Hall concerning a pedestrian crossing being painted across  Thappraya Rd in front of TTB.

 

4. The committee has approved renewing the ATM rental with SCB. The contract will be start on 19th October 2024 to 18th October 2025.

 

5. The committee has unanimously approved to install  a “ Stop ” sign at the exit of VT2A carpark.

 

6. The walkway around the pool was approved to be repaired where necessary. Management was assigned to compare the prices and send them to the committee line group for approval.

 

7. The security supervisor presented the monthly report and the committee approved his report.

 

8. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report and the committee approved it. The financial details are posted in the reception area, on the bulletin board in our lobby.

 

9. Management presented the monthly performance report.

-      Installed zinc sheet in elevators no 2 and 3 to protect the interior walls from damage. 

-      Change the tile and install a net on the motorcycle parking‘s roof.

-      Clean the balcony of unit 210.

-      Clean the restaurant’s roof

-      Repair the restaurant’s roof.

 

10. Approved ordering a new sofa and chair cover in the lobby.

 

11. Approved to recruit a building technician.

 

12. Approved arranging the “ Second Hand Sale “ on Sunday 10th November 2024 and Sunday 15th December 2024.

  

There was no further business, so the chairman closed the meeting at 12.35 noon

 

The next meeting is on Tuesday  1st October  2024  at 10.00 a.m.
