The meeting opens at 10:10 a.m.
1. The minutes of the February 27th, 2024 meeting were approved.
2. The technician has installed the lights for the entrance sign on the main road which is now well lit at night.
3. Approved Quick Paint Co., Ltd. to re-paint the interior of the building including the east and west staircases in the amount of 2,589,400.00 Baht and set up the start date on 13th May 2024 and assign the management to make an appointment with Quick Paint for review the contract and test color on 9th April 2024 at 1.00 p.m.
4. Approved Quick Paint Co., Ltd. to replace the fire door from the knobs to push bars in the amount of 551,050 Baht and set up the start date on 13th May 2024.
To comply with City Halls recommendation, fire doors upgrade throughout the building.
5. While we renovate the pool, the water tank of the pool will be cleaned. And assign the management to find out the quotation for the pool’s water tank cleaning.
6. Approved 20,000 Baht for the purchase of the high-pressure water sprayer machine.
7. Approved repair of the pool and renovation of the area around the pool at the same time as repainting the interior of the building. Assign Management to obtain a quotation for cleaning the pool reserve tank. General cleaning of the area around the pool will be completed by the building staff.
8. Approved to have 1 office staff in the office from 1.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. on “WAN LAI PATTAYA FESTIVAL” (19th April 2024)
9. Approved adding more cameras at the front car parking.
10. Assign the technician and housekeeping to clean the drainages in front of the guard hut because it floods when it rains.
11. Approved the addition of cleaning the drainages to the periodic maintenance checklist of the technicians.
12. The security supervisor presented the monthly report.
13. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report.
14. Management presented the monthly performance report.
- Replace the drainage at the pool.
- Replace the spotlight for motorcycle parking at the front of the building.
- Improved the garden around the swimming pool.
- Installed the lights for the entrance sign on the main road.
- Arrange the annual merit-making of 2024.
15. Thappraya Road Safety in Crossing. Assign the management to send a letter to Pattaya City Hall appealing for the installation of speed controls and traffic signals in front of Thanachart Thai Military Bank to Pattaya City and request speed limit signs or paint speed limit on the road.
Installation of a marked crossing point was refused.

When there was no further business, the chairman closed the meeting at 12.00 Noon.
