The meeting opens at 10:10 a.m.

  1. The minutes of the December 29th, 2023 meeting were approved.

  2. The minutes of the AGM 2023 were approved.

  3. The meeting appointed Mr. Keith John Duncan to act as the JPM according to Section 38(2).

  4. The committee agreed to the invoice and due date for the Supplementary charge and Exterior paint cost. The invoice will be issued on February 1st, 2023. The due date for the extra charge will be March 31st, 2024. The due date for the exterior repaint will be April 30th, 2024.

  5. The window in front of the elevator will be fixed as required.

  6. Determine the price of the generator's battery and automatic charger and report it to the committee.

  7. Improve the sign for disabled parking. If they do not display their disability sign in their automobile, they will be penalized 2,000 Baht.

  8. Increase the height and brightness of the entrance sign on Thappraya Road.

  9. The security supervisor presented the monthly report.

  10. QPM presented their monthly financial and litigation report.

  11. Management presented the monthly performance report.

  •     Installed two speed bumps, in front of the entrance to our VT2A guard house

  •     Repair the swimming pool shower wall valve.

  •     Arrange an Annual General Meeting year 2023.


When there was no further business, the chairman closed the meeting at 12.30 pm.

 

The next meeting is on Tuesday  27th February  2024  time 10.00 a.m.
