Minutes of the Committee Meeting No. 8/2023

Friday, August 25th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

The meeting opens at 10:15 a.m.


Agenda 1 Subject: The Chairman informs for acknowledgment

Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Sherman has nothing to report. as well as welcoming and thanking all members of the Committee members who attended the meeting. The meeting was therefore opened at 10.15 a.m.,


Agenda 2 To approve the minutes of the previous meeting

The meeting unanimously resolved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting.


Agenda 3 Report on the progress of assignments from the previous meeting

Miss Ploypailin Sappasit reported on the progress of the assignments from the previous meeting as the following

- Repairing plant pots around the swimming pool The technician will fix them by removing the original cement. Then use zinc to surround the tree roots to prevent root expansion. Then surround the new concrete by using cement as the original concrete anchor. Purchasing equipment on August 22nd, 2023 will begin operations on August 28th, 2023.

- Work to solve the problem of waterlogging on the parking lot in front of the building due to the floor being a puddle. The building technicians experimented with slicing the cement floor to create a drainage ditch and then running the sewer pipe into the bushes next to the parking lot. The operation was completed on August 24, 2023.

- Building inspection work: TP Building Spec Floor Company Limited has made an appointment to conduct a building inspection on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. onwards.

- Firefighting training Fire station officials make an appointment to attend the training on August 31, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

- Progress on recruiting more building technicians The management department, posted a recruitment for building technicians on Facebook and posted an announcement for recruitment of building technicians at the security guard booth at the entrance in front of the building on May 14, 2023. As of August 24, 2023, we have not received any applications for the position.


Agenda 4 To consider for action

4.1 Consider the improvement of the stairs to the rooftop water tank.

Resolution The meeting resolved to include it in the development plan for the year 2024, reasoning that It is not yet an urgent task that needs to be solved quickly.


Resolution Following inspection of the pool by the committee it can be seen that some repairs to grouting and some tile repairs are needed. This is superficial or cosmetic damage and does not cause a leak.

This work will be suggested to the co-owners at the next AGM, when the renewal of the underwater lights may be undertaken at the same time


4.3 Consider and approve public relations of financial status.

Resolution Monthly Financial Report. This is posted in the lobby by the lifts every month.

There is a request for it to have a wider post so that co-owners abroad can see it. The committee is undertaking a new website where it can be displayed, which should be finished when the web designer returns to Thailand later this year.

4.4 Consider and approve the creation of a project name sign to be posted on the entrance road.

Resolution The meeting unanimously resolved to assign Ms. Wanthida to ask Pattaya City about requesting permission to install the project entrance sign in front of the project entrance road and inform the committee via Line of the committee.


4.5 Consider approving the replacement of light bulbs at the entrance road to the project.

Ms. Wanthida informed the meeting that the lighting around the project sign is the responsibility of Building B. The committee of Building B The repair has been approved. Now it is in the process of disbursing expenses.

4.6 Chief Security Officer Performance Report

Resolution The meeting acknowledged the performance of the security department.


Agenda 5 Report on financial accounting status and litigation to collect outstanding debts.

Agenda 6 Performance report

  1. Cut down trees that termites eat. by our gardeners and technician

  2. Installation of iron railings in front of the security guard tower, spending a budget of 3,000 baht (three thousand baht only).

  3. Repairing the 2nd water pump with a budget of 22,898 baht (twenty-two thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight baht only).

  4. Installation of lighting on the roof by a building technician, spending a budget of 2,022 baht (two thousand and twenty-two baht).

  5. Fix the floor of the parking lot in front of the building that is waterlogged by building technicians.

  6. Improve the parking lot in front of the building, spending a budget of 19,880 baht (nineteen thousand eight hundred and eighty baht only).

Resolution The meeting acknowledged the operating results.




When there was no one to ask questions or make suggestions on other matters, the chairman of the meeting adjourned the meeting at 12:00 noon.



The next meeting is on Friday 29 September 2023 at 10.00 am.
