The meeting opens at 10:05 a.m.
1. The minutes of the May 28th, 2024 meeting were approved.
2. The committee has assigned the management to follow up with the abandoned car owner to remove it from our area.
3. The committee has assigned the gardener to clean up the restaurant’s rooftop once a week and assigned the technician to repair and seal the restaurant’s rooftop and check it once a week.
4. As we always have motorcycles parked at the back of the restaurant all the time, therefore the committee assigned our technician to paint red and white color at the curb or on the road and assign the security guard to Increase the frequency of walking around and inspecting and put the notice sign on the motorcycles that were violated.
5. The committee has assigned the technician to recheck every fire door to ensure it closes completely.
6. The committee has assigned the management to request the confirmation letter It does not affect the warranty of the elevator if a stainless steel plate is installed in elevators. And assigned the management to compare the prices of stainless steel plates 140 C.M. long, 60 C.M. wide, and 1.5 m.m. thick. For installation at the wall of elevators no. 2 and 3
7. The committee assigned the management to compare the price for drilling an artesian well and propose to the committee in the committee line group.
8. The committee has approved changing the electric plug covers in the corridor.
9. The committee has assigned the management to compare prices of pest control companies and arranging a meeting with Insect Service to discuss their staff's work.
10. The committee has agreed to renew the security service contract with Seal orce Security Company and assigned the management to arrange a meeting with Sealforce to discuss their staff’s work.
11. Approve to change the garbage bin in front of the building. And assigned the housekeeping to clean up the area before finishing work every day.
12. The forthcoming second-hand belonging sale for the co-owners only in the car park was discussed to be held on Sunday 18th August 2024 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. More information will come up.
13. The security supervisor presented the monthly report and the committee approved his report.
12. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report and the committee approved it. The financial details are posted in the reception area.
13. Management presented the monthly performance report.
- Cleaning pool surge tank.
- Fix clogged toilet pipes.
- Purchased CCTV recorders
- Replace the water meter door.
14. Approved 37,450 Baht for repainting the ceiling.
15. Approval for submitting documents for notification of residence with the Pattaya Immigration Police (T.M.30) at the juristic office. The fee is charged at 300 baht per renter and the fee is waived for the room owner whose name is on the title deed.
There was no further business, so the chairman closed the meeting at 1.30 p.m.
The next meeting is on Tuesday 20th July 2024 time 10.00 a.m.
