  1. The minutes of the January 25th,2024 meeting were approved.

  2. Approve a budget of 30,000 baht for the Annual building merit-making on Saturday 23rd March 2024.

  3. Approve to re-check the list of periodic tasks for our technicians and create the one that we do not have for both daily and periodic tasks.

  4. The policy for delivery of goods to rooms has not changed. The office staff confirm that deliveries may be made directly to your room. Building security does not refuse delivery to the room. If you are being told this by your delivery person, please know this is the delivery person and not our staff who is giving this information.

  5. The security supervisor presented the monthly report.

  6. QPM presented its monthly financial and litigation report.

  7. The committee unanimously agreed to forward all financial details of any co-owner who had unpaid invoices for over six months to our lawyers with instructions for recovery of said monies through the courts forthwith.

  8. Management presented the monthly performance report.

    - All electrical cupboards have had fire prevention foam inserted between floors as per City Hall recommendations.

    - Install the example of electric cable and water pipe cover on the 18th floor.

    - Install a water pump support of the transfer pump under the building. 

    - Installed wastewater pump at the manhole under the building.

    - Change the parking sign around the building.

    - Installed reduce speed bumper at the car park in front of the building.

When there was no further business, the chairman closed the meeting at 12.15 pm.

The next meeting is on Tuesday  26 March 2024  time 10.00 a.m.
