The meeting opens at 10:15 a.m.

1. The minutes of the November 30th, 2023, meeting were approved.

2. The committee approved a budget of 20,000 Baht to install a water pump for the manhole under the building.

3. The committee approved a budget of 20,000 Baht to install speed bumpers in front of the VT2A entrance  west and east sides.

4. The transfer of income money from the SCB Account to the TTB account of 1,000,000 Baht was approved.

5. The contract renewal for elevator maintenance with Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. has been approved.

6. QPM presented the monthly financial and litigation report.

7. The management presented the monthly performance report:

When there was no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 12.30 pm.
