The meeting opens at 10:15 a.m.

 

  1. The minutes of the October 31st meeting were approved.

  2. The committee approved Mr. Kritsada to repair the pool restaurant’s roof for 46,100 baht.

  3. Painting the interior of the building is the project for 2024.

  4. Upgrading surrounding the pool was approved.

  5. The committee approved to close the Juristic Office from 12.30 noon on 31st December 2023 until 1st    

  6. January 2024. The juristic person office will be open on 2nd January 2024.

  7. The committee approved 4,494 Baht for a water quality test for submitting the EIA report.

  8. The committee approved the holding of a Christmas party on December 21st,2023, at 5:30 p.m. beside the kid’s pool.

  9. Thappraya Road Safety will be approached with the Pattaya City Hall.

  10. The committee approved to replace the parking sign around the building.

  11. The vehicle without a parking sticker will be clamped after a 7-day warning.

  12. The chief of security will go to train all security to handle the emergency case every Saturday at 6.30 p.m.

  13. QPM presented the monthly financial and litigation report.

  14. The management presented the monthly performance report:

  •     Installed lights at the pool area.

  •     Sucked up the sewage from the toilet rear building.

  •     Change the light bulb in the parking lot in front of the building.

  •     rim the bushes on the main road to building B.

  •    Prune the palm trees around the swimming pool.

  •    Repair the broken pipe of the pool filter.

  •    Clean the sewer located in the motorcycle parking lot that is in front of the building.

When there was no further business, the chairman closed the meeting at 12.30 pm.

 

The next meeting is on Friday  29th December  2023  time 10.00 a.m.
